Since 1980, Bill Hood has been the designer at Texas Custom Boots. With a solid background in design and art, Hood has plied his art onto leather for hundreds of pairs of custom boots for a great number of clients.

At times, Hood will work with a design that the client has in mind, depicting a company affiliation or a favorite theme. Other times, clients give the artist free rein to come up with a totally unique design based on the client’s lifestyle or personality.
